This form is designed to assist you with your exchange or return requests efficiently. We kindly ask for your patience as we work diligently to ensure your satisfaction.Our return policy is inspired by the Sunnah. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any of our perfumes. Here are the key points of our return policy:Processing Time: Please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange request to be processed.Return/Exchange Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.Perfume Condition: The bottle should have at least 90% of the product remaining.Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges are available for 10ML roll-ons and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles only.Ineligible Products: We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for waxes, candles, body mist, car fresheners, air fresheners, or 5ML spray testers.

Note:This policy applies only to online purchases.If the original packaging (such as cellophane, testers, or the box) is missing, or if the box is damaged beyond its original condition when sent to you, there may be a small fee.For perfumes, if up to 10% of the product has been used, a small charge will apply. However, if the usage is negligible, no charges will be incurred. Unfortunately, if more than 10% of the product is used, the return will not be eligible.To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please follow our return checklist.
